How much to charge for annual check ups?

This is response to the annual check up thread. I was wondering if anyone does annual check ups and how much they charge. I think I really have a good market where I am at.

I can’t answer since I have never done that. But one thing that a freind of mine and I have decided. As appraisers and I think it is a good rule in Inspections too, we don’t sign our name on nothing for less than $100.


I had a guy that wanted just a crawlspace inspected. I told him I would be glad to but that my Minimum was $100 and he gladly paid it. Suprised me too!
