My “comments” are so they do not have to ask questions. Like which window/door was not covered, it is right there on the form. Of course you can want out of the business or you can do a better job and grow your business.

I put the pictures in and then under the pictures, I’ll put rated, permit information, noa numbers, etc.,. I put all of the “good” pictures first, then, I put the pictures of items that need improvement in order to get a rating.
That way, as the client makes improvements, I only have to change the pictures at the end of the report.
