We’re done with the final editing and mastering of our long awaited, over budget, “How to Get your Home Inspection Business Phones to Ring off the Hook” DVD. It has been sent out for mass replication and will be available at no charge to attendees of NACHI’s national convention in January.

This is a marketing help video produced by NACHI.

Each NACHI member will receive a copy.

The question is should it be on DVD or CD-ROM? The advantage of DVD is higher quality and the option to watch on your TV. The advantage of CD-ROM is that anyone with a computer can view it.

Do we have to attend the convention to get a copy? I thought, as stated on the original post, that it was going to be available to all members. I'm going to be in a wedding and can't make it to the convention. I'd be really bummed if I can't get a copy and benefit from your wisdom and experience.

All members get one whether they attend the convention or not.

Great! I look forward to receiving mine. The timing is perfect as, at least here in the Northeast, business tends to slow around this time of year. It will be a perfect time to put some of the items on the dvd into practice.

I wouldn’t look for this until next spring. But it will still be a nice tool to have.

It was the NACHI project from hell. I’m just glad it’s finally off my desk at this point.

We're on to another really big project.

I must have missed that one.

Anyone have a copy to share?

I haven’t heard word one of this since the convention, so I’m guessing that either they were not distributed then, or they suck.

The technical quality sucked but the content was so strong that certain NACHI members argued that it should be killed (about a second after its release).

We got the same complaints from members when we released http://www.nachi.org/convert.htm http://www.nachi.org/brochure.htm and recently again with http://www.nachi.org/brutal.htm

It all goes back to the 3 duties thing. I think I'll start a new thread about it in the NACHI forum so that our bashers can join in... their opinions are fun to listen to on this particular subject. Move down there, I'll start it now.
