We do radon and mold and that generally kicks up the price of a HI to $1250.00 or more but I must say IR has been my money maker and it actually increases the amount of high end HI’s we do.
If I was starting out in this business I would also add a camera to scope A/C ducts beneath the foundation and sewer line scans and WDO’s. I don’t want any thing to do with septic tanks. I don’t like playing in Sh**
This is one of the most interesting thread, thanks for starting it. Radon is not popular here but nobody offers it so I’m hoping to get a big chunk of the one looking to get one.
About the Mold Addon, to you add it when scheduling or once you find some in a home?

You basically feel out the customer. I start with the termite, then septic or lagoon, well, radon, mold etc. If they keep saying yes, I keep on asking.

What do you do with chimneys so high there is no way to get up there without a manlift?
I drone the top and inspect from the the bottom. I have 60 feet of rods for my camera.
