Any and all inspectors last minute, online or in person welcome.
We are working towards a better Home Inspection Industry.
And Kim Smith is a good person available for us to learn more about our insurance protection and liabilities.

Hub had a great information session on-line this morning!

Unfortunately they chose not to answer my question:

Hub Insures a lot of Quebec based inspectors for E&O. Yet, a recent verification with Quebec’s Financial Markets Authority (AMF) indicates that no one from HUB including Kim & Francisco Maldonado is (with the exception of one person of the Toronto office and we do not deal with him), in fact, issued a license to either advise or write insurance policies with respect to Errors and Omissions (E&O) Insurance to inspectors based in Québec. Is this the fact? If so, how can HUB continue to get around this?

This question needs to be addressed by HUB!
