e-mail me for a complete brochure of 203K programs- you can also find out more about HUD 203K programs by going to www.hud.gov for details about the 203K program (FHA loans) administered by the US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development.

All of our courses are taughts by NY State Approved Instructors, as set forth by NYS, Dept. of State Division of Licensing Services- I teach many of these courses having developed the oriinal program that was approved in NY state and approved by HUD originally in 1994 and 1995.

Our school is approved for the 14o hour moule to enter the field of Home Inspection in NY State. Effective 12-15-05 there are only 3 schools approved by NYS, DOS, our school, Western NY RE School (mike-the owner is a good guy) in Syracuse and a firm headquartered in Caliornia, planning on courses in Rochester, NY.

Are you planning on attending a NY course from California? You are in a different regional HUD office. Jerry Mayer, is in your neck of the woods now. He used to be out of NY is now in the Western HUD office. If you need information, contact the Regional HUD office for California guidelines.
