Does anyone know if there are special requirements in Ca. to do HUD inspections? If so what are they.

No, there are no special requirements to do a HUD inspection if you are an InterNACHI member. However, if you want to do 203K’s you should read this:http://www.nachi.org/203k-consultant.htm
