Hurry! the house is being inspected...

And we need a new roof on this mobile home. New roof yesterday, home inspection today. I just can’t believe what some people will do. They covered the old metal roof with self adhesive rolled roofing with no roofing cement, no new flashing around the penetrations and there was three vent stacks missing.

Kind of looks like Ice & Water shield to me… Very Professional Job…lol

Seriously, a little double stick carpet tape ought to resolve any future issues with that installation.

Next time the inspector won’t be able to tell.

send me this guy’s number I could be his new foreman.

Maybe they thought you would be blind . . . somewhere around here I’ve heard that before . . . something like, “Is your inspector blind?” . . . good catch!

**The sellers will probably say … Picky, picky, picky. **

**{Good catch Pete! Keep up the good work! } **

Hey Frank, The seller is a contractor!!! HA HA LOL

This was a flip for him.

Can anyone say, let’s license NH contractors!!! We need that more than we need licensing of home inspectors.

Good one Peter.
Never Agree to Camouflage Home Inspections, when Peter is around. ha. ha.

Marcel

Good one Marcel, I think I’ll use that the next time a realtor asks me what NACHI stands for!!!

As someone who owns an old vacation mobile home at the coast, I’m qualified to tell you that the place will be hot as Hades in the summer with that black roof (assuming they fix it and leave it in place).

I told a realtor Nachi stands for Never Ask for a Cheap Home Inspection
