I had a commercial inspection about a year ago. It was a parking lot with no other improvements. The developer was selling it to an investor but the tenant wanted the inspection. The tenant intended on using the lot specifically for logistics. The monthly lease was astoundingly high for 4 acres of parking in a semi rural/commercial area. P.S. They paid well for the inspection. It was an odd one to price.
