Looks like the tank dome and control valves are below ground. That dome should be up above the ground so the valve and regulators stay dry.
Thank you for your quick reply! It has been abandon, a gas meter is present at this home. The dome is below ground.
I would want to make sure the tank is empty and if it is and there is a possibility of high ground water, it could pop out of the ground.
I would recommend that it be removed.
