Mike,

use the “useful links” on the left side column, you will find software providers there. It is a personal choice.

Try Porter Valley InspectVue R3. You can get a demo disk from them at www.pvsoftware.com

I have called a couple times for support and they were very helpful.

The NACHI Foundation has just started a raffle that includes a full version of “Porter Valley Software” “Inspect Vue Residential” as part of the package. Go to:

Take a look @ Inspect Express from Devwave. Free, fully functional demo and mike@devwave always answers the phone and he knows the program.

Mike, call Andy directly on his Cell phone. He is normally VERY prompt about tech support. If you have not talked to him, maybe there is a possibility he got hit by one of the hurricanes.

Dave I got your report thru email...Thank you

I have talked to Andy exactly twice since I purchased the software

I left a message 1 1/2 weeks ago, another yesterday , and when I tried this morning got his VM stating he'd be 'unavailable' for the next TEN days.
Anyhow thanks again for your help but I'm PO'd at him.
