Mike, call Andy directly on his Cell phone. He is normally VERY prompt about tech support. If you have not talked to him, maybe there is a possibility he got hit by one of the hurricanes.

I have talked to Andy exactly twice since I purchased the software
I left a message 1 1/2 weeks ago, another yesterday , and when I tried this morning got his VM stating he'd be 'unavailable' for the next TEN days.
Anyhow thanks again for your help but I'm PO'd at him.
