I call it the service disconnect, uh because it disconnects the electrical service…

Meter pedestal. It does contain a means of disconnect.
This is what it is known as in all the states that I have ever operated in. ‘Pedestal’ is the key word.

You might also want to change your verbiage on a mobilehome, its actually a manufactured home if it is built 1976 and later. Don’t want to piss off the buyers, sellers or agents by putting Mobilehome in your report.
