I need to change my companion device and suport is closed

What can I do?

My main device crapped out so I did my report on my phone and turns out the companion on my phone expired. I changed the license in the software but it says activation failed because the device id doesn’t match.\

EDIT:

Crisis averted, the software is giving me five days to register the new device. I can do my report and ill call Monday.
