I did two more warranty inspections yesterday, the clients knew the house is built with concrete, wood, and has tiles on the roof.

They just wanted to know what is wrong with it, if anything.

With a signed agreement stating that I’m inspecting and documenting just the things which are wrong and need repair it makes my job very easy, and the client doesn’t have to read what we are required by law to report unless the client signs an agreement stating other wise.

I would have added just a couple of words:

“With a signed agreement stating that I’m inspecting and documenting just the things which are wrong **AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION **and need repair it makes my job very easy, …”

I thought everybody used that phrase in their agreements, if not they should…!
