I think we InterNACHI members should form our own REIT.

I see a lot of opportunity coming this coming year, especially in commercial property.

Not sure how all that works, but sounds like it could be something that may work!!!

Even if we each put up just a couple grand $ and our first project went successfully, we’d be off and running after that.

Nick,what kind of project would you have in mind? This would be a privately held, I would think? Corp tax could be a good deal in a reit right?
