Many of the emails we receive are directed to Nick and I will be replying to them as if I were Nick. They will have Nick's return address on them. We wanted to disclose this so that everyone understands that emails containing simple or common requests (such as those looking for an answer to a commonly asked question or those looking for a link on our websites) will be answered by me as if I was Nick, without explaining that I am not really Nick.
This shouldn't deter you from emailing Nick with specific requests of personal or sensitive information as he has entrusted me to prescreen all of his emails, and believe me... I see all sorts of crazy stuff that comes to him. Anything personal or sensitive will be forwarded to the real Nick.
With nearly a half a million emails coming in every year, staff has to be involved in fielding them at some point. Nick is currently attached to his computer and would like to free himself up so he can tend to his janitorial duties  .

Just thought of this, If for any reason you would like to send anything to Nick only, type private in the subject board. All emails recieved as such I will forward to Nick without opening. Thats all,
