Yes unit unlpugged. Flex duct crushed and most important installed in the attic where the homeowner will not most likely change the filter. But most important to those that have to service and repair the unit is there access???? ![icon_evil.gif](upload://1gvq2wV2azLs27xp71nuhZOKiSI.gif)
