Yes, it is true we have found a major problem in our editing software. When we beta tested all of our systems, we did not find this error. The large number of you who signed up for our service brought it to light.
Let me explain:
When you first sign up you get an e-mail with a link so that you can pick your website template. After the site is up and running, which will take several days, you will then receive another e-mail with a link to the website editor. The editor is a program which we wrote in order to make life simpler for our clients. Alas, this is where we found the problem. If at anytime while you are using the editor you hit the back button the software will crash!
Yesterday our IT department told us the problem would be fixed by today. However, as of a few moments ago, it was still not ready. As soon as it is available we will send out another e-mail telling you that it is ready.
In the mean time, if you have signed up for our services but have yet to pick your template please do so. If you do not have that link please e-mail **: support@ibsww.com **or call us at 800-811-0834 and we will get it out to you ASAP.
Although it is unfortunate that we have run into some unforeseen issues, I am sure that once it all gets up and running you will be more than satisfied, you will indeed be wowed.
Furthermore: You will not be billed for your monthly service fee until your site is up and running and you are satisfied that you are able to edit your site.
