Illinois WDI Inspections.

Is there any Illinois HI’s doing WDI Inspections, NPMA-33 for banks along with your home inspection? I can find nowhere where IL requires a Lic to do inspections, only for treatment. My research has found that pest control is under the dept of health and I received an email back from them saying I did not need a lic. Surprising, with IL being a highly regulated state.

Any help here would be great.
