I don’t know. You nailed my thoughts though. A school website is to a potential student as a home inspection brochure is to a client… it is a little taste of what the product being promoted is going to be like. I always tell NACHI members that your client gets to see a preview of your report writing work before he decides to hire you. It’s when he/she is reading your brochure. If your brochure is light and weak… the potential client figures your inspection report will be similar.

As to the price, It seems Ok to me. I attended classes at a locak Community College (Oakton) that is on the state’s list or approved instructors. The entire 60 hour course, complete with and additional 20 hours of field and lab work, cost 395.00. I also took a special, Saturday, 10 hour class in preperation for the state exam, which cost 75.00.

I too have too agree . Chuck ,Correy , and Barry did a great job teaching . I do feel that a lot of the pices are starting to fall in place. It takes time bulding this business , some times you feel like you are alone out there , and other times you feel like you are involved in a business with people who do care about success. It dosen’t matter the group but the ethics and the standards are kept up for all to coexsist
