Full time Inspector needed for immediate hire for Birmingham and Montgomery AL markets. We will provide paid training and licensing with non compete agreement and commitment contract. We provide licensing fees, company vehicle, all tools and software. Must speak and write English in a professional capacity.
Inspector will conduct residential and commercial inspections in accordance with InterNACHI Standards of Practice and assess if there are hazards or structural defects to both the interior and exterior of the property, including infrastructure, electrical, plumbing and appliances. This is a full time employment position not a subcontract relationship. 1099 subcontractor positions are always open for hire.
