In need of advice and options for my cousin

My cousin hired a licensed contractor for exterior renovation with landscaping . He has a signed contract .according to contract job was supposed to finish in 5 days on 03/5/2022.contracter has taken almost 90% of money. contactor has not finished the job and has stopped answering phone , text msgs and emails .
what should he do ?
what are his options ?
Any advice will be appreciated.

Kulraj, it seems that your cousin GAVE ALMOST 90% of the Money to the contractor.

I never gave even close to the 90% of the contract, to the contractor, until the job was finished.

A lesson to be aware of. And, like Ryan implied, you could send Guido and his buddy over to talk to him.
