In the state of Florida is a residential home inspector allowed to do just a inspection on just the deck nailing and shingles install or is this more of a code inspection?

Thank you very much. If you really mean it I will have a lot more questions as I build I am sure. As far as the basic home inspection goes I am fairly confident but I am getting a lot of request that I wasn’t prepared for and this forum has been a amazing help so far. These request have left me with a lot “what if” questions. Oh wow you guys are not that far away.
