Nick,

I followed your instructions but it does prompt for a credit card number and will not progress without it.

One more thing, when you select the link to their privacy policy (http://www.popspages.com/templ_content.php?area=Terms+Of+Use) it provides a 404 error, Not Found.

I was able to setup a free listing. No problem, no credit card. Must be a cockpit error Manny.
