Has anyone come up with Inspection Agreement language for MIC that they woulde be willing to share.
I am thinking about having buyers sign it as well (if possible) if they waive their own inspection and only rely on my report that could be 4 months old by the time they read it.
Any thoughts and / or suggestions would be great.
