The attached posts are for the Introduction to InterNACHI’s Standards of Practice Course. The photos are from a recent home inspection I conducted, along with a CMI. A visual inspection, and testing with a Fluke T5-600 electrical tester, revealed no abnormalities in the wiring or apparent issues. However there were two spaces where circuit breakers were not installed (red arrows on attached panel_2 photo). It was noted in the final report that knock out covers should be in place.
