Did not dig into it but I see the main article is about a FEMA contract awarded to Vanguard Emergency Management and it seems there have been posts in the past of these contractors ripping off Home Inspectors or other sub-contractors.

Do not recall the name of the outfit however.
Any truth to this ?

Those complaints about PARR are why, in part, they lost the FEMA contract to us this year.
