Inspection if it rains

I melt if I come into contact with water so I don’t do inspections in the rain…

Just some humor, I have done a few in the rain, try to stay dry… Don’t go up on a roof, as you may slide down… very slick in the rain. It’s an option, you can always do the inside first and finish the interior, then get muddy outside… you won’t have to go back into the house. Rain is good, you may see problems that you would not normally see during dry weather… i.e. roof leaks, drainage issues, sump pump problems, flooded basements, etc. etc.

As the Marines say… Improvise, Adapt, and Overcome…
