Should an attic inspection be done before a roof inspection? As to identify problem areas prior to getting on the roof.

Not necessarily but it can be useful. It’s up to the inspector. Some do the attic first and other do the roof first. No best way.

Many do the attic and crawlspace last because they are the dirtiest.
