Hello

I was wondering what kinds of other forms are available to do onsite inspections. I bought some through a school in New Berlin WI. The name of the school is AHIT (American Home inspectors Training Institute) and I like the reports they use, but the insurance company doesn’t. Any ideas out there.

I have put the past behind me,

where , however, it now sits, making rude remarks.

Joe,

I like the BenchMark report available from Builder's Book.com:
http://www.buildersbook.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=bbi&Product_Code=221L

It is a four part NCR form that is the most comprehensive on-site reporting system I have found and you dont have to carry a computer with you to use it. I carry mine in their field desk (folder).

Regards,
