Thanks Dave and Gary, I read your posts and just bought some new bi-metal blades for my sawzall. I’ll never miss another cracked exchanger. I didn’t know we could do that. icon_twisted.gif

I use an acetylene torch to inspect heat exchangers. Funny thing though, everyone of them seem to be cracked. eusa_shifty.gif
