Interesting, but since they wanted 100,000 originally, and the city agreed to $1900, I'd bet the remaining 11000+ they've agreed to extract from "other parties" will come primarily from the realtors commission, (aw,,,,sob...)  'Course, inspector probably doesn't want to get Realtor too hacked at him, so he'll end up paying something as a good will gesture.
Then again, he COULD let the E&O insur fight that battle, but there's your next premium pmt...
