The fill pipe was removed and the inspector should have predicted there was a hidden oil tank in the city’s planter right of way area. Yes - we sure need mandatory E & O to give buyers more of an incentitive to sue home inspectors.

Interesting, but since they wanted 100,000 originally, and the city agreed to $1900, I'd bet the remaining 11000+ they've agreed to extract from "other parties" will come primarily from the realtors commission, (aw,,,,sob...) ![eusa_boohoo.gif](upload://j5YiA2xAD08B5o0iRQIRihBL6mu.gif) 'Course, inspector probably doesn't want to get Realtor too hacked at him, so he'll end up paying something as a good will gesture.
