If I’m reading it right, it looks like 31 pages of walk through checklist sheets. Sounds like a lot of dead trees for no reason. It also looks like the site is geared toward the home buyer performing their own inspection. Doesn’t matter what the work sheet is if the person using it isn’t trained how and what to look for! I don’t know about the rest of the members, but it costs me about 2 cents to print my walkthrough checklist, and just a few bucks for the whole final report (including the photo paper).
