  1. Screwing Down Steel pile depth depends on soil resistance and frost depth. Larger screw sizes can support more weight.

  2. Bearing Up Bearing capacity is determined by measuring driving torque or by conducting a blow count test.

  3. Hooking In Steel brackets connect the pier top to the deck framing for bearing, bracing, and uplift resistance.
