welcome to the Forum, from what I understand the insurance inspections can take many forms, from full home inspections, limited structural and safety inspections all the way down to verification inspections (that really on support that the property is as described to the insurer) Also many insurance companies are now looking to the HI industry to do reporting on damaged properties, they are finding that we work cheaper than their own assessors.
