This also shows, when ASHI is the cheapest, they get the largest amount of business. Their reports are non-alarmist, which the REA’s want. This is also why licensing is promoted by this “group” so non-alarmist reports can be written legally, due to poor SOP’s that this “group” implements. Sad that the NAR does not step in. Most REA’s here simply do not provide the best services to their home buyers.
I bet many of these low-cost HI’s do not have insurance of any type. They are just rollin’ the dice.
