Interesting inspection site I found this morning: InspectionCore

Interesting

Must be your site. The first article listed is a dud, “Top ten Home inspection tools.” Lists gas detector twice (you don’t need it once). Lists a thermal imaging camera? Might be nice but hardly one of the top ten. Nor is an inspection mirror top ten. Rarely ever need it.

It sure looks like a mostly (wholly?) AI generated content site. Even the human images are AI generated or modified (no copyright needed). I expected a bunch of outbound links from the site to merchants or ad sites, but most of the links I saw were internal links. It’s too far into the uncanny valley for my taste, but it’s the future for sure. Glad I’m as old as I am. LOL

Lots of InterNACHI CPI “copy/paste” stuff but at the bottom of the home page (mobile version) is

interesting :thinking::thinking::thinking:

Unfortunately (or maybe not) when a state adopts an SOP it is usually ASHI.

Below is a comparison I drew up of InterNACHI SOP and Maryland’s SOP (which is ASHI verbatim):
Combined SOP.pdf (584.0 KB)

The “comprehensive inspection report” is not in English. This looks like something that is translated to English. Curious.

As @tdeutsch said, it’s likely an AI generated website including the images.

I want to know what the hell this is…

Looks like a webpage under development and much of the information is placeholders for future content.
