I discovered why I was not getting the InterNACHI “Call Me” emails. Emails were being blocked and going to my Junk E-mail folder.
I hardly ever check my Junk E-mail folder. So lesson for me is to check my Junk E-mail folder more often.
With outlook, the fix was to go to Junk E-mail options, add email@example.com to Safe Senders List and removed from the Block Senders list.
