If it’s from your own personal experience, I believe you. No need to send proof. Just getting tired of hearing stories about ‘How my buddy…etc’. Wa s this possibly due to the local office?

Just do not work for them, and do not expect to get all your money when you file a claim.
Looks like me and the remediator is going to small claims court to get our monies owed, so far we have gotten nothing but excuses from them. The homeowner is not real happy with them either, the last I heard.
