It doesn’t say anything about being a new or existing customer.
Second paragraph down says, “If you are not currently an ISN user…”.
I’ve been using ISN for years but just went through the process with a second company I’m starting and I believe I’m getting at least 60 days for free. Still, an extra 40 days is better than a poke in the eye.
