Thanks for the attempt. I actually expected no less from Grainger, and am actually surprised they gave any at all. They want the biz of corporate facilities managers, and don’t give a rats arse about the ‘little guys’. Their business attitude suks. They killed everything good about Professional Equipment when they purchased them (Note: they were also pricey, but had awesome customer service, thus a strong client base… me included). Been this route before with them in a former life. No loss. I will spend my dollars where I am appreciated. Thanks again.
