You nay consider this part of the DOE maybe cut under Trump just because it takes so long to get nothing accomplished.
It is amazing how political tribal affiliations make mush of certain people’s minds.
The current head of the DOE famously quoted he wanted to abolish said dept. and then could not even remember what it’s name was. That dimwit and the current prez obviously did not even know DOE main function. Is it any wonder that the employees of that organization might be taking their time on this useful program???
