It was an ordinary day of networking when a well-known mortgage broker approached me with questions about mold. She shared that her mother, who lives in another state, needed help finding more information on the issue. I suggested that her mother might need an air sample and mentioned that I could connect her with someone nearby. I provided her with the InterNACHI Find an Inspector resource, and she was truly grateful for my assistance. InterNACHI is awesome and it is a great tool to use when helping with others even in other states.
