An inspector was recently given a poor review online, nearly two years after the inspection. The inspector replied by posting a copy of InterNACHI’s Client Satisfaction Survey that the client filled out just after the inspection was performed. The consumer immediately took down the bad review. InterNACHI’s Client Satisfaction Survey works… use it.
