InterNACHI's Initial Accreditation Application Is Accepted

I get it. I don’t “want” the government in my business anymore than you do, but at least there are some standards. There is nothing to separate inspectors in an unlicensed state either, other then your marketing material.

Why do you need or want the state to set your standards? I would rather have a contract between my client and myself detailing what I am going to do. The state is USELESS and has NO benefits just added hassles and regulations. In unlicensed stated people do their due diligence instead of going with whatever tool with a piece of paper their used house sales people suggest.
