Joe Di Pompeo of Structural Workshop LLC will be presenting ‘Building Material Decay: From Single Family to Condo Buildings’. Joe’s presentation will review various types of deterioration, what to look for when inspecting, and how to determine when a structural engineering evaluation is required. Joe will touch on the impacts of decay on the structural integrity, with emphasis on the Surfside, Florida building collapse.
