Does anyone here use or know anything about Send2Fax? It lets you send faxes through your email and vice versa. Thanks, Bob W

I use efax.com It’s free and you get a fax number for your clients to fax to…I only use it 3-6 times a year but when you need it you NEED it. Also very reliable.

Darren, I recently read a lot of views regarding Efax which basically claims that the free version is OK, but the customer service and other aspects of it if you sign up have some pretty low opinions. Of course you can’t believe everything you read either. icon_cool.gif

I have used them for a year now, not one problem. Again most of my clients email me rather than fax, I only use efax due to I rarely need to use a fax due to 99% of my clients use email. The PDF files beat any fax by far.

I use a fax machine all the time. Often to fax a contract across country or to some military folks coming into the area. I got a separate fax number from BellSouth for about 4 dollars more a month. It rings differently so we know not to pick up the phone. (and get your ears blown) It pays for itself every time I use it. The local merchants get about two bucks a page for faxes and I have to go out to find one. Its called “Ringmaster” in our area.

I use e-fax to receive incoming faxes and a standard machine to send them that way no matter where I happen to be as long as I can get on line I can check my faxes.
