My name is Katie, I run the Central Heat Improvement Program (CHIP) at the Opportunity Alliance in Portland Maine. Being that I run the program, I just thought it made sense to actually know how to inspect the systems that my vendors are installing. Since I don’t hold a license, I plan to do my inspections on my own boiler and woodstove.
