I agree with Mr. Pope in that that connection is not designed to allow multiple conductors to terminate within it. Most of the time in situations like this they provide a dual lug assembly which is actually a 2 lug setup.



From the looks of this picture.....this is next to the meter cab and again sorry if I am not seeing it here but looks like it is a situation where they are attempting the 6 disconnect and less rule.......anyway.....back to the neutral and ground connections.....They need to apply a multiple lug assembly which is made for that unit.
