On a 4-Point, does PEX get special mention in the comments section as a concern?
On the Citizens Four Point form it does ask what types of plumbing are present. PEX is typically not an issue. Here is a link for info on the type of PEX in the photo
PEX piping is not really an issue, Just report it on the form. Just one note with PEX, it cant be subject to UV light. So make sure its not installed outside.
Pex is still an acceptable form(FBC) of supply line plumbing, so is cast iron for drain lines which has a shelf life of 75 years+…contrary to popular belief, polybutylene was acceptable up until march of 2012 in the Florida Building Code. It was removed in the 2010 update.
